1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Custom Development & Design Services: Since our services involve labor, time, and custom development tailored to your needs, refunds will be considered only under specific conditions as outlined below.
  • Non-Tangible Products: Our services are digital and non-returnable. Once a project has commenced, refunds will only be issued if Web Pro Dev Consulting LLC fails to meet the agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients must provide clear instructions and necessary materials (such as branding assets, content, or access credentials) to facilitate service completion. Delays due to missing information from the client do not qualify for refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are accepted under the following circumstances:

A. Full Refunds

A full refund will be granted if:

  • You cancel your project before any work has begun.
  • We fail to initiate your project within 14 business days of receiving payment, and no work has been done.

B. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • The project has started but has not reached 50% completion as per agreed milestones.
  • The refund amount will be proportional to the remaining work not yet completed.
  • If a project is delayed due to our fault, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress made.

C. No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The project is 50% or more completed based on agreed milestones.
  • The client changes their mind after approving initial concepts or development phases.
  • The client fails to provide necessary information, leading to delays or project termination.
  • The final deliverables have been provided, approved, and deployed.
  • Issues arise due to third-party services, hosting providers, domain registrars, or plugins purchased by the client.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Send an email to ken.okans@webprodev.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Your Project Name]”.
  2. Provide Details – Include your full name, project details, reason for requesting a refund, and any relevant documentation.
  3. Evaluation Process – Our team will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Refund Processing – If approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Service Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with our service, we encourage you to request revisions or modifications before requesting a refund. We will work with you to make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations within the scope of the agreed contract.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your refund request was unfairly denied, you may request a final review by contacting ken.okans@webprodev.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably.

6. Changes to this Policy

Web Pro Dev Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify this Refunds and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on https://webprodev.com, and the updated policy will take effect immediately.
